Thank you for shopping with Little Legend Books.
We want you to love your purchase! Please read our policy carefully so you know your rights and our obligations.
1. Digital Downloads (Printable Posters & Instant-Access Files)
All downloadable products are final sale.
Because files are available instantly after payment, we cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once the download link has been sent.
If you experience any issue (e.g., file won’t open, wrong file supplied), please contact us within 14 days at hello@littlelegendbooks.co.uk and we’ll replace or correct the file at no extra charge.
By completing your purchase, you agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately and you waive your right to cancel under the UK/EU Consumer Contracts Regulations.
2. Physical Products (e.g. Softback Book)
If you change your mind, you may return your book within 14 calendar days of receiving it (UK & EU customers) for a refund of the item price.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
We recommend using a tracked service as we can’t refund items lost in transit.
How to return:
Email hello@littlelegendbooks.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send instructions for posting the item back.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email photos to hello@littlelegendbooks.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund (including postage).
Please note: minor cosmetic imperfections, such as a slightly squashed corner that does not affect reading, do not qualify for a refund or replacement. These small marks sometimes occur during shipping despite our careful packaging.
4. International Orders (Outside UK/EU) - coming soon
We apply the same principles worldwide.
However, your local custom laws may provide additional rights.
Custom duties/taxes are non-refundable.
5. Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
Digital files once downloaded.
Books that have been personalised, signed, or otherwise customised for you (unless faulty).
Items returned more than 14 days after delivery (unless required by local law).
